These terms govern your use of TooHeal, operated by XTENSU SOFTTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. By booking a session you agree to them.

What TooHeal is

TooHeal connects you with independently qualified mental-health practitioners for one-on-one online therapy. Sessions are 50 minutes and delivered over a private video link. Fees are set by each therapist and shown in full before you pay.

What TooHeal is not

TooHeal is not an emergency service and does not provide crisis, psychiatric, or medication services. Therapists provide psychotherapy and counselling; they do not prescribe or alter medication. If you need emergency help, see our Disclaimer.

Booking, rescheduling, cancellation

Payment confirms your slot. You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the session start time, from your booking page. Within 12 hours the session is treated as taken. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Changing therapist

If the fit isn't right, we'll move you to another therapist at no additional cost — you don't need to explain why.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, be 18 or older (or use the service with a guardian's consent where permitted), keep your session link private, and treat your therapist with respect.

Liability

Therapy outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, TooHeal's liability connected with a session is limited to the fee paid for that session. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
